You are me. And We are John Doe. A white, cis-het man with a face so punchable they just can’t help but keep hiring me into managerial positions anywhere I apply. Frankly, this was great, for a time. Having money, after all, solves lots of problems. 

Here’s the rub. Few years back there was a part of me -- this is where you come in -- that started having something of a… well let’s call it a “political awakening”. I started noticing injustice woven into the very systems that had rewarded me so consistently.

Now I’ll save you all the theory talk; I’m expecting you to be coming into this knowing enough about all that. Trouble is, they
